We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Manager, based in Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division). 

As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Materials Manager.

  

Your tasks will be:

  • Salary Personnel Administration.
  • Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
  • Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
  • Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems.
  • Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
  • Maintain your area of ​​responsibility within the total parameters of 5S.
  • Actively participate in the strategic boards of Production Forecast, SIOP and Plant Manning.
  • Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.
  • Facilitate problem-solving strategies.
  • Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
